Has anyone dealt with these guys before? I called them today to get some information about their cypress mulch and the guy was kind of a jerk about it. I wanted to know who their supplier was because I wanted to make sure it's not from a place that blends their cypress, and the guy just kept saying that he can't give up his suppliers as if it's some kind of secret. Is it common practice to do that in the business? Everyone else seems to be okay with giving that information. Maybe it's just me, but I don't ever want to give my money to a business that's not upfront about what they sell...
I would guess he is thinking your going to bypass him and go to his source.
Rich is name I believe.I think there the real deal, fast shipping good good products and good customer service.I got a single ranco but changed my mind and wanted a double. Not a problem he sayed send it back and well take care of you.Never tell your customers where you get your weed as they will bypass you the middle man.LOL.And then you loss customers to the new dealer. If he says its safe and pure cypress id think it is.
I know shipping will be bad but if you google this product I think a few places may have it and its 100% pure.http://www.kamlar.com/serpenturf100cypress.html
I told the guy specifically why I wanted to know where his source was, so maybe he's just super paranoid? When it comes to my animals, I want to make sure I know exactly where my products come from.

I dunno, Rich has been pretty cool when I've bought from him.
I have a Rack and some hides from him, both shipped super quick - I got my rack within three days of ordering!
He does seem kind of short in emails, just a quick sentence maybe two.
Not sure, but I would imagine he's pretty busy.
Some people are just that way.
